ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to programs serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing, including assisting programs meet the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing across the continuum of placement options.

Important Session Information:


This training includes two sessions in one by Carrie Norman, MS, CCC-SLP, LSLS AVEd! The first half, Learning to Listen, will explore the stages of auditory brain development and how children learn to listen. The second half, Learning to Talk, will explore the stages of spoken language development as they relate to working with children with hearing differences.
