2nd Annual Charter School Leadership Conference
Connecting the Dots...
Healthy Administrators...Healthy Teachers...Happy Classrooms
A recent National Education Association (NEA) survey (2.1.22) revealed that massive staff shortages in America’s public schools are leaving educators increasingly burned out, with an alarming 55% of educators now indicating that they are ready to leave the profession they love earlier than planned.
District and campus leaders have experienced overwhelming pressure to discover alternate ways to overcome the teacher shortages and burnout to ensure students continue to receive quality instruction, while also experiencing deeper levels of stress and challenges themselves.
The focus of the 2nd Annual Special Education Charter School Leadership is to fill your toolbox with brain-based principles and tools to help you avoid burnout, increase optimism and support well-being on a personal level that will have a direct impact on your teachers and the students in your classrooms.
Join other charter school leaders around the region as Dr. Marcia Tate, international speaker and author of 12 books on brain-based learning and development delivers a session designed just for YOU that will leave you inspired, informed, and empowered.
*All participants will receive a copy of Dr. Marcia Tate’s newest book, Healthy Teachers, Happy Classrooms.
*Lunch is provided.
