As a campus administrator prioritizing and effectively utilizing Walk-Throughs for building teacher capacity can be challenging. Join us for a three-hour session where participants will engage in a number of observation scenarios to enhance their instructional leadership aptitude influencing teacher capacity. Participants will create an action plan to ensure they meet their own expectations as well as district expectations of Walk-Throughs.
