The Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) is a statewide cooperative of 19 Texas Education Service Centers (ESCs).  The TCC has been providing high quality, compliant, comprehensive business and student software and support to Texas LEAs for over 50 years.  The TCC product, ASCENDER, is used by 885 LEAs in Texas to empower LEAs to make informed decisions and engage stakeholders through powerful tools and applications.  The TCC operates only in Texas, serving Texas schools through Regional Education Service Centers.

WEBINAR: ASCENDER BIS Consultant PD 2 Day Session; Purchasing, Finance, and Bank Reconciliation

October 18-19, 2022

8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Overview of Purchasing, Finance, and Bank Reconciliation processes.

Purchasing:

  • Setting up options and permissions
  • Managing purchasing approval workflows

Finance and Bank Reconciliation:

  • Using Journal Vouchers
  • Setting up Bank Reconciliations or finding Unreconciled Accounts

This session will take place via Zoom and be facilitated in a "procedure and process" format, with the expectation that participants engage in the practice procedures presented.

Participants must have a desktop or laptop, an adequate internet connection, and access to their own test environment in order to participate and must ensure they can log into the ASCENDER Enterprise System.
