Sessions will cover an introduction to RBIS, how the collective learning series will progress and the goals. RBIS Math 1 covers how balancing conceptual understanding, procedural skill and fluency work within mathematics and how to apply this understanding to mathematical applications. RBIS Math 2 focuses on aligning and meeting the rigor of the TEKS while concentrating time and effort on going deep on the most important topics. RBIS Math 3 connects concepts within and across grades along a strategic progression of learning so that new understandings are built on previous foundations.
