This session will review both the basic fiscal requirements of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) for special education and the methodology for determining compliance with this federal requirement. In addition, participants will also learn strategies so that the information on preliminary compliance reports is never a surprise, and, in fact, is being controlled by the district.
