WBSCM - Menu Planning & Forecasting Lab

ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.

Important Session Information:

As a part of the WBSCM transition for USDA Foods, all CEs utilizing USDA Foods are encouraged to attend this session to reinforce information provided during the Menu-Planning and Forecasting sessions as part of the FDP Foundations sessions.  This in-person session allows participants to reinforce, practice, and ask questions about menu-planning and forecasting in a computer lab with the assistance from Food and Nutrition Specialists. Feel free to bring your menu and forecasting documents for assistance.
