ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.

During this session, we will go over the TEA Self-Assessment guide and rubric for Secondary Transition and Graduation. We will also cover what to include in the IEP when recording services. Moreover, we will provide a comprehensive overview of current statewide and regional trends regarding cyclical review compliance findings in the transition domain.
