G/T 6 hour update - Adding STEM Design Challenges into the Curriculum (K-5)

Important Session Information:


This session is an in-person, face-to-face session.

We will be exploring ways to implement TEKS-aligned STEM design challenges in your classroom. You will experience using the engineering design process to support student growth in the classroom and beyond. Throughout our day we will also focus on how these STEM approaches help you to differentiate for G/T students. 

Discover ways to integrate STEM challenges into your curriculum and determine how to focus on make them cross-curricular. 

Session fee covers the material/book cost, as each participant will receive the picture book, Boxitects and a STEM resource booklet with design challenge ideas.

Note: A laptop or Chromebook is required, please bring a power cord.

Session can count as a G/T 6 hour update.
