Virtual: The Ethics of Quality Supervision



ESC-20 provides training, technical support, resources and information about speech therapy for students who have communication disorders.
 


Important Session Information:


Accepting a supervisory role can be both rewarding and challenging. This presentation will offer practical strategies for setting your supervision experience up for success. Topics will include setting clear, measurable expectations, developing data tools to monitor supervisees’ progress, strategies for handling communication challenges, and ethical considerations. This session will benefit SLPs who are considering becoming a supervisor, who is supervising, and even those who receive supervision themselves.
