Have you ever wanted to take a peek at some of the research behind stereotypes and misconceptions associated with girls identified as G/T? In this session, we will look at some of that research and discuss how this information can help us connect with our gifted girls in the classroom. Together, we will identify instructional practices that can set up our gifted girls for success. Plus, we will look at ways to help them create a personal definition of success to provide a more equitable and appropriate service model for our students.

This session will be a Zoom session from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. There will be a product component that will be submitted to complete your 6 hour credit.
This Training can take the place of G/T Day 4 or 5 or a G/T 6 hour update if not previously taken.
