This research-based training gives teachers practical proactive and positive steps to take when responding to bullying situations. Learn ways to empower students to find their voice and be "upstanders" in these challenging situations and take the lead in establishing and maintaining a safe and caring school community.
This training is in alignment with the following 2022 Special Education Self-Assessment Domains to support your Local Education Agency's (LEA) efforts to evaluate and improve your educational program serving students with disabilities receiving special education services: Domains 2-Intervention, 16 &17- Disproportionality, 19-Behavior, and 20-Behavior Intervention Plans. This session will take place in the form of a Zoom session. Participants must have a desktop, laptop or
Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection. Active participation of various
