ESC-20 provides certification training for paraprofessionals that meets the requirement of NCLB.

Students learn best when they are focused, engaged, and can relate the learning to real-life application thus increasing motivation, academic success, and decreasing difficult behaviors. The session is geared to develop the knowledge and skills of paraprofessionals necessary for a positive and proactive approach to classroom management. This session offers participants strategies that will allow them to have classrooms that are engaging, motivating, and organized to establish and maintain a safe learning environment.
