This class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic Meal Production Record (MPR) skills including how to fill out related forms, how to use meal documentation to support the MPR and how to use the MPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization, and to demonstrate compliance.
This session will take place via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to you upon registration as well as the day prior to the session.
