ESC-20 provides professional development and technical assistance to support educators with implementation of the Science TEKS by analyzing data to enhance instructional practices to meet the needs of students, and provides targeted support to reach campus and district goals.

Important Session Information:


This session will take place at ESC-20 Maple Conference Center (1314 Hines) in the Alamo Science Lab located on the ground floor. 

Along with Ward's Science Representative, Raul Perez, you will be exploring concepts in Earth and Space, Matter and Energy, and Force and Motion.  Each of these have recurring themes that are TEKS specific.

Using models, labs and collaborative groups, teachers will investigate how to use different resources in the classroom for each of these concepts. 

This will be a hands-on learning environment workshop to prepare you for the upcoming school year. Treats will be provided with some teachers walking away with prizes at the end.
