Important Session Information:


Registering for this session means that you will be attending the 2024 Title III Symposium in Round Rock, Texas on July 15-16, 2024 at the Kalahari Resort and Conventions.

Registration also includes the following:

  • General sessions and Keynote Speaker
  • Networking Social on July 14th, 2024
  • Over 60 breakout sessions to choose from over two days
  • In-person networking opportunities
  • Day 1:  Breakfast, Lunch and Snack
  • Day 2:  Lunch and Snack

*Hotel and travel NOT included

Early Bird price for this event is $325, price after April 30th increases to $400

New for 2024: Early Bird Registrants will receive a 2024 Title III Symposium: United WE THRIVE t-shirt with paid registration. Upon completed paid early bird registration a google form will be emailed to you to request your shirt size.

  • Cancellatioless thasidays prior to the workshop:  A refund request must be sent to registration@esc20.net.  Requests will be considered on an individual basis and refunds are not guaranteed.

This event is ONLY available to Title III-funded school districts/charter schools or designated ESC personnel who are funded as a Fiscal Agent who provide Title III services to a Title III-funded school district/charter school. An individual wanting to register for the Title III Symposium must be or still in a contract with a Title III-funded school district/charter school (including individuals presenting during the Title III Symposium). A "contract" can be defined as contract for employment or contracted services with a Title III-funded school district/charter school to assist in meeting requirements identified in the ESSA Consolidated Federal Grant Application under Title III, Part A. TEA cannot allow the registration of any outside consultants or vendors promoting the purchase and/or services of products or instructional strategies.

ESC-20 will not be issuing credits or certificates for this event. Certificates will be issued to each attendee by the conference planning committee upon completion of the Symposium evaluation.
