G/T Online - Day 3 - Differentiated Instruction (Open Enrollment April - May)



The Gifted and Talented program at Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) promotes and supports the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students through professional development and technical assistance. This is accomplished by advocating, designing and providing an array of learning experiences for teachers and administrators of gifted and talented students in order to enable them to provide a nurturing environment in which these students with special abilities, unique needs, and diverse backgrounds are recognized.

Important Session Information:


In this online course, participants will learn strategies for differentiation as applicable to curriculum content. Participants will review and explore creative thinking and problem-solving, higher order thinking skills, critical thinking skills, depth and complexity and flexible pacing. NOTE: This session can count for a 6-Hour Update if not previously taken

This course is self paced and you can enroll at any time within the time window

You will have from April 1 - May 31 to complete the course

This course can take the place of a G/T 6 hour update if not previously taken.

Fees: Free for G/T Coop $100 Non-Coop
