The Instructional Coach Foundations Institute (ICFI) is a semester-long professional learning program designed to meet the needs of current and aspiring instructional coaches.Through five face-to-face professional development sessions and guided reflections, ICFI introduces instructional leaders to professional core coaching competencies upon which to build effective systems of support. Participants will embark on a journey and gain the mindset and skillset needed to support teacher growth and - ultimately - promote student success.
