Important Session Information:

This is a one day workshop.  Participants must attend the full workshop to receive credit and pass the post-test. In this interactive workshop,  participants learn warning signs and verbal diffusion techniques for dealing with the most difficult student behaviors.  This Initial Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Training presents strategies and techniques that provide participants with a non-harmful behavior management system.  It includes safe interventions to use when disruptive behavior escalates, and is appropriate for educators at all grade-levels.

Given the physically interactive nature of this workshop, participants should dress appropriately; including flat, closed-toe shoes.  Only those wearing the appropriate footwear will be permitted to participate.
