Data Collection for Work Based Learning (WBL)



ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.
 


Use of Quality Data to Drive Instruction

Important Session Information:


Students who are working in the community have Individual Education Program (IEP) goals to help them gain employability and self-help skills.  These skills are related to graduation under section Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Section 89.1070(b)(2)(b). This session will discuss data collection for students who are in a work based learning program and attending a job site.  

Students who graduate under TAC 89.1070(b)(2)(b) need to have skills necessary to obtain and retain employment.  

This session will offer strategies to help document and show mastery of these goals for students to gain employment after graduation.
