School Nutrition Program (NSLP/SBP)
Local Wellness Policy



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
 


Important Session Information:


Every entity that participates in the School Nutrition Program is required to establish a Local School Wellness Policy.  Per the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act, Local Wellness Policies (LWPs) must include goals within specific areas and plans for their implementation and monitoring.  This class will focus on smart goal writing and current requirements.Professional Standards Codes: 3230; 4100
