ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs

Covers basic requirements, recommendations and tools for planning child care CACFP reimbursable, nutritious, economical, and delicious meals and snacks. Participants will receive hands-on experience developing menus that meet USDA meal pattern requirements and recommendations.
