ESC-20 provides resources, training and technical assistance for evaluators. Quarterly contact group meetings for LSSP’s and Educational Diagnosticians are also provided.

Important Session Information:


Participants will learn best practices about the evaluation of students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing including standardized assessment as well as collection of informal data.  Practical strategies and interventions will be discussed along with information that can be used to guide present levels of academic achievement and functional performance (PLAAFP) and goal development for the individualized education program (IEP) meeting.

*** This session will NOT be held at Education Service Center, Region 20.  This session will be conducted at the Oblate Renewal Center located at: 5700 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216***
