ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs
Important Session Information:
The workshop topics include nutritious meal planning to meet the USDA Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) infant meal pattern requirements and recommendations, basic needs of infants, and food safety/sanitation issues. This material focuses only on infants from birth through 11 months of age. This class focuses on TDA approved forms.
