Canceled: Working with Math Manipulatives in the Elementary Inclusive Classroom
ESC-20 provides training and technical support related to inclusive services for students with disabilities to gain access to the general curriculum. These supports provide strategies so students with disabilities are actively involved and progress within the general curriculum and on state assessments.

In this interactive session, teachers will explore the benefits of utilizing manipulatives when teaching mathematical concepts. Teachers will learn what resources are available to students receiving special education services, as well as all students, to support student performance on STAAR. Teachers will engage in learning with various manipulatives, and explore creative ways to develop their own manipulatives and strengthen their instruction.
