The CPR assists supervisors
and employees in communicating clear performance expectations and in providing
guidance, development opportunities, and continual feedback. Do you need a
refresher on the CPR process or have questions on how to help employees write
goals? Supervisors are encouraged to join HRS in reviewing the CPR process to
learn strategies for collaborating with employees in writing effective goals
for the upcoming year. We will also discuss the Levels of Effective Performance
Documentation.
