This session is to introduce you to the Connect20 (escWorks) system. We will provide instruction on the following:
- How to search for room availability using a couple of resources, other than the calendar.
- Distinguish between the need for a meeting, session or conference.
- Understanding when to cancel or reschedule and the steps it takes to do these successfully
- Taking a glance at the Reports' system becoming familiar with the folders provided on the list.
This session is for ESC20 staff only and is NOT a mandatory training. If you are tasked to create meetings, sessions or conferences for your group, please attend this beginner session, if you have not taken this before. A refresher course is offered in the afternoon.
