ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs

This session on special diets will be presented by The San Antonio Food Bank. They will share their expertise on a multitude of diets which they accommodate on a daily basis as well as provide cooking demonstrations and samples of recipes that have been a hit within the community!
