MENU Module: Ingredients through Menu Items



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
 


Important Session Information:


This session will cover the first steps of MENU Module which include: finding and creating ingredients and recipes and making them menu items.

Please ensure you have completed and submitted an FND-101 and have obtained access to the MENU Module system prior to the training.
