Coping in the Classroom: Strategies to Promote Student Mental Health
ESC-20 School Health Program provides training and technical assistance to school districts in the comprehensive development of health programs.
Important Session Information:
This session will focus on how to address mental health concerns in the school setting. Participants will develop an understanding of common mental health disorders and learn to recognize signs and symptoms. Information will be provided on the physiology of anxiety and how to recognize this in the school environment. Practical tools and strategies will be shared to help reduce stress and improve overall mental health.
