ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance for teachers of students with disabilities ages 3-5 years (birth - 5 years for students with visual and/or hearing impairments).

This is a virtual session. According to research, joint attention is defined as "a foundational non-verbal, social communicative milestone that fails to develop naturally in children diagnosed with autism".

This one day workshop will introduce participants to joint attention by discussing components of joint attention development as well as classroom and teacher strategies to increase joint attention skills in students with autism spectrum disorder.
