Session 2. It's ok to not be ok: Tools for managing these times
Session 1.The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event such as we are experiencing from the effects of COVID-19 that leave you feeling frustrated and nervous. Not necessarily because you are concerned about contracting the virus but because of the drastic changes that have occurred in your daily routine as a result of stay at home restrictions and economic concerns. Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations such as public speaking. Anxiety becomes more concerning when feelings become excessive, all-consuming, and interfere with daily living. Our presenter will help us to understand the causes of stress and anxiety, how these can disrupt our lives if left unmanaged.
