The ESC-20 School Safety Program provides training and technical assistance to school districts in the comprehensive development of school safety programs.

Although this is an advanced level course, anyone may participate as I am confident all will find the information beneficial. Participants will review case studies and role-play situations as they apply the threat assessment process. Interviewing someone who has written or is displaying concerning/ threatening behavior presents many challenges. Interviewing other students, family, friends, etc. can also be difficult. Participants will focus on learning and practicing interviewing strategies, including managing interviewees who are withdrawn or hostile.
Webinar Session Requirements: Participants must join using a laptop computer, laptop or chromebook.
