2020 Child Nutrition Summer Workshop Series: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) presented in Spanish



ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.

HACCP: Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Críticos presentado en español.

Este curso expone un panorama general del sistema de seguridad alimentaria HACCP.  El objetivo primordial de una política y sistema de Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Críticos (HACCP, por sus siglas en inglés) es evitar que ocurran problemas de seguridad alimentaria.  Todas las organizaciones que operen programas de nutrición escolar están obligadas a implementar una política vigente de HACCP. 

This course will provide an overview of the HACCP food safety system.  The underlying goal of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Policy and System is to prevent food safety problems from occurring.  A current HACCP policy is required to be implemented by all entities who operate School Nutrition Programs.  

This session will be presented in Spanish.
