ESC-20 provides resources and training opportunities for parents and families of students served within federal programs, including, but not limited to, Title I, Title III, Special Education, and Head Start.
Participants will learn basic information about special education including the history of special education laws, types of disabilities, the Admission Review and Dismissal process, and types of classroom supports. Parents will be provided with a an overview of the essential components of the Special Education Process in schools.
Note: This session will take place in the form of a webinar. You will receive a confirmation email from Connect20 after you register that has the zoom link.
