Participants will review the steps taken in order to make necessary budget amendments for a new Program Year and practice determining allowable and unallowable costs and identifying budget items that require a Specific Prior Written Approval (SPWA). In addition, participants will review the steps of a budget variance analysis and analyze a case scenario.
