Participants will review and practice using the resources and tools available to determine if foods are creditable or not creditable in the CACFP for Children and Adults. The new CACFP Crediting Handbook will be introduced and reviewed as one of the tools in addition to the Food Buying Guide, Standardized Recipes, Nutrition Labels, CN Labels, and Product Formulation Statements.
