Join us for part of 1 of our culinary class with Chef Kelly Angel. The first 90 minute Zoom session will be a hands on class where you will be practicing the safe and proper way to use a chef knife while preparing recipes from the "Standardized Multiculture Recipes" cookbook. You will be reviewing the essentials of Culinary Math, Weights and Measures while baking Cornmeal Cookies. Next, he will demo Knife Skills using a Chef Knife to prepare Mexican Corn Soup, Corn & Zucchini Mexicana, and Gingered Carrots.
