This training teaches individuals and teams from different backgrounds, departments, and specialties how to willingly and effectively surface and discuss ideas in a way that leads to buy-in, creating broad alignment, maximizing synergy, and ensuring commitment to the best ides. When taught, these skills inevitably result in rapid, sustainable, and wide-reaching positive change. Please note: Materials will be mailed out to participants in advance of the training.
**NOTE** It is mandatory that participants attend the full two days in order to receive credit for the course. The session will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. each day and will end at 4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and two shorter breaks.
