ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance for professionals serving student with dyslexia. Students with dyslexia usually experience difficulties with other language skills such as spelling, writing, and pronouncing words.

Important Session Information:


This session will provide LEA's and Charter Schools with information on how to analyze the data collected from the dyslexia screening to determine if a student exhibits dyslexia risk factors. Participants will practice applying their knowledge with case studies and actual student data.  This session aligns with the dyslexia handbook requirement of training in score interpretation, a required artifact for the Dyslexia Monitoring Review. 

 

This session will take place in the form of a 2-hour webinar. Participants must have a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook in order to participate, along with an adequate internet connection.

Participants will need to bring a copy of the Dyslexia Handbook, 2018 Update with them to this training.
