Tools for Teaching Social Skills to Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance for families and professionals working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a variety of school settings.
Important Session Information:
One of the most significant challenges for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is difficulty in social interaction. This workshop will review common areas of social and emotional needs and successful strategies to improve social understanding for students with ASD. Participants will have the opportunity to design practical social related skills support materials they can readily implement in their classrooms.
