Career & Technology Education (CTE)
A Review of the CLNA – ComA Review of the CLNA – Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment – One Year Later - How is Your District Plan Going?prehensive Local Needs Assessment – One Year Later - How is Your District Plan Going?
CTE instruction aims at developing foundational skills, core workplace competencies, and specific skill competencies in various occupational areas. Internships, practicums, cooperative education, school-based enterprises, dual enrollment programs, and apprenticeships are a few venues that deliver CTE by providing meaningful opportunities for leaners to apply their academic and technical skills. We serve the career and education community through targeted support for CTE compliance, program development and implementation with rigor and relevancy; bridging with postsecondary education and industry partners to build a global workforce, quality education programs and 21st century learners.
Leadership Effectiveness
Use of Quality Data to Drive Instruction
Important Session Information:
When was the last time you studied, really, studied, your CLNA report. Did you use this data, as directed, to direct and write your Perkins V Grant? Are you using this data to drive CTE program development and adjustment decisions? Are you using this data to do CTE program evaluation? Are you using the performance measures to help drive professional development decisions for your district? Bring your CLNA with you to this informative workshop and let’s learn more together. You will not be disappointed. Need help finding it? Email Ruthie Kneupper for assistance before the workshop.
