TxEIS Online Registration via ZOOM (RESCHEDULED from 02/17/21 to 03/25/21)



IT Consulting Services provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

Important Session Information:


This train-the-trainer workshop is designed for district staff to setup and learn to utilize Online Registration through Ascender ParentPortal.  This class covers how to load documents for parents to read/download.  You will learn how to develop your registration forms for parents to utilize.  You will learn how a parent, with a child currently in the district, can update their child's data (i.e., phone number, emergency contact...) in Ascender ParentPortal.  You will also learn how a parent pre-register's a new student to the district.
