TxEIS Scheduling Phase II via ZOOM



IT Consulting Services provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

Important Session Information:


This workshop is designed to provide the user with a roadmap to create a master schedule using the integrated Resource Allocator and Student Scheduler.  These applications will use the following to complete the scheduling process: a list of courses with the total number of sections for each course, a list of student requests that are appropriate for the student's grade level, a list of teachers and what they will be teaching that fits the campus FTE's, and a list of room numbers and which courses will be taught in each room.  This session will also address how to run and accept a scheduling load.
