ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.

Important Session Information:

This interactive class provides participates of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast program with an overview of the menu planning process.  We will discuss meal pattern compliance and supporting documentation to ensure your menus meet federal regulations, meal appeal to increase student participation, and how to calculate food cost to maximize your food budget.
