This lovely class is for parents/caregivers seeking to stretch their food dollars and save that hard-earned dough. Join this "sweet sesh" and we will happily prepare an arrangement of tips, ideas, and resources. We cannot gift our beautiful participants a box of chocolates, but we won't forget to bring healthy recipes, that may include chocolate and/or desserts. This session will be presented by Tracy West, Nutrition Education Coordinator, from the San Antonio Food Bank.
