ESC-20 provides training, technical assistance, and resources that support programs serving students with low incidence disabilities (severe and profound cognitive disabilities, medically fragile, deaf/blind).

This session will show participants how to take data on behaviors to be able to determine the function of the behavior so we no longer have to guess. After determining the function, we can then look into positive interventions to replace inappropriate with appropriate ones or increase desired behaviors. We will discuss different tools and techniques used to work with student to increase their potential and open up future opportunities.
