College Admissions and Military Enlistment Readiness - VIRTUAL SESSIONS



Professional development for school counselors is aligned with the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs and supports work in the four service delivery components: Guidance Curriculum, Responsive Services, Individual Planning, and System Support.


 


Important Session Information:


Join us for the latest in college admissions trends and enlistment requirements to help the Class of 2022 reach their goals. Representatives from local public and private universities will discuss automatic and holistic admissions, tips for strong essays, advice for letters of recommendation, and college major trends. A local military education specialist will discuss strategies for helping military-bound students successfully enlist. There will also be a CCMR update.
