After this one-day leadership conference you will be able to:

  • Utilize a practical, insightful, plan to transforming the way you lead in all circumstances professionally and personally by learning the language of daring leadership by Brené Brown when it comes to navigating the cheap seats, season ticket holders, box seats and the support section. You will also take away strategies for when big arena moments occur and take notice of arena moments that may often get overlooked.
  • Describe how you can apply the collaborative partnerships, resources, and innovative professional development opportunities available through the Small and Rural Schools Network to ensure a more equitable level of service to your students with disabilities.
  • Identify a clear understanding into the staffing requirements in the areas of ECSE and Dyslexia.
  • Network and apply what you learned.
  • Enjoy a collaborative lunch provided by ESC 20!

Intended Audience: School Administrators/District Leadership (Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal, Special Education/Special Programs Director, Dean of Instruction/Curriculum Director, Special Education/Compliance Coordinator, Counselors, etc.)
