This session will discuss how to create a transition plan that is robust with data from age appropriate transition assessments and has compliance driven post secondary goals.

In addition, learn how to take transition plans to the next level of individualization with strategies for helping students meet their post-secondary goals. The content provide will also help bolster compliance to meet the transition criteria for State Performance Plan Indicator (SPP) 13.
